Annona is made in our own SGS cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facility — which means our production is held to the same manufacturing standards regulators require, and you can verify the registration independently. Senna-free. No artificial colors or sweeteners. No proprietary blends.
We own our manufacturing — we don't outsource to a co-packer we can't audit. That means we control the quality at every step.
Senna is in most soursop bitters. It's not in ours. Here's why that matters.
Senna is a stimulant laxative. It works by chemically irritating the lining of the bowel to force muscle contractions — which is why it produces a dramatic, fast-acting effect.
Many brands add it because that dramatic short-term result gets mistaken for the product "working." But it's the laxative doing the work, not the bitters — and regular use can lead to cramping, urgency, and dependence.
Annona contains zero senna. Our results come from the bitter-receptor pathway — stimulating your body's own bile and enzyme response — which means Annona is gentle enough for daily, long-term use.
If you've tried soursop bitters before and experienced cramping or urgency — check the label for senna. That's likely why.
